Stoll Park Kumon Center Policies

Kumon tuition is $120 per subject per month. Kumon tuition is due in advance of the next month when enrolled the Kumon study program. For your convenience tuition is collected monthly using Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) which automatically deducts the payment from your checking, money market or savings account. Details of this very easy process and the authorization forms are available from the center or may be downloaded from below.

Tuition paid after the 7^th of the month is considered a late payment. A late fee of $10 will be assessed. Enrollment in the EFT program eliminates late fees! 

Monthly tuition is not prorated for absences.  In the event absences are necessary, it is encouraged you to take Kumon work with you to avoid breaking your child�s Kumon routine. Please complete the Absence Communication form in the parent waiting area in advance of your absence and I will gladly have assignments ready for pick up during the class before the scheduled absence.

Prolonged or frequent absences will adversely affect your child�s progress.  Absences longer than one month require re-enrollment fees and a new placement test.

All information that I distribute to parents is sent home with your Kumon student, so please check your child�s Kumon box for communications. All worksheets, answer books Junior Kumon flashcards and library books are the property of Kumon North America and must be returned to the center.

I will send out progress reports of your child�s progress after each study level acheivement test is passed and by special request. If there is a problem in the Center or with the material, I will contact you immediately for quick resolution.

Please never hesitate to ask questions, share concerns, or generally let me know how everything is going. Communication forms are also available in the parent waiting area to aid you with communication.
